Ashglow is a minimal, asynchronous social app for iOS, developed by Smart Kiitös Oy. The App provides:
Ashglow uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. When you first open the App, an anonymous account is automatically created. No email, phone number, or personal information is required.
Your anonymous account is tied to your device. If you delete the App or reset your device, your account and all associated data may be permanently lost.
You are responsible for the content of sparks you write. By submitting a spark, you grant Ashglow a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your spark text to other anonymous users as part of the App's core functionality.

To maintain quality and prevent abuse, the following limits apply:
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) under an anonymous account. We do not store your personal identity.
You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete my data within the App. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, code, animations, and visual identity, is the intellectual property of Smart Kiitös Oy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
You retain ownership of the text content you create within the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available during all nighttime hours in all time zones.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Kiitös Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or emotional distress from content posted by other users.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
