If you grant Symptio access to Apple HealthKit:
All symptom data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. We do not have servers and cannot access your data.
You can delete all data at any time by deleting the app. For iCloud data, you can remove it from your iCloud storage in iOS Settings. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Symptio may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple according to their terms.
We do not receive or store any payment information.
The App, including its design, code, and visual identity, is the intellectual property of Smart Kiitös Oy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
You retain full ownership of the health data you create within the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the trend analysis will be medically accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Kiitös Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health decisions made based on data from the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
